Welcome to Duffy Club, your own fun online community where you can learn about money and how to be a successful business person. You can meet other people from your school or city or country who also want to learn these important lessons.

This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customise our services to make your experience safer and easier. We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for this purpose and to achieve this goal.

Information Collection and Use
Duffy Club is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Duffy Club claims ownership rights in all Materials that you submit, post, or display on or through the DC Service, and owns all copyrights and distribution rights for all audio and video content that you upload (please refer section titled ‘Proprietary Rights’ in Terms and Conditions). We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We release account and other personal information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; facilitate court proceedings; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Ulive Limited, our users, or others. We use additional information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand and serve you and our community. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using, and your IP address. Users who login have their IP addresses recorded. This information can be used to track users who abuse Duffy Club system and will only be provided to legal authorities in cases of suspected fraud. Registration
Our site's registration form requires you to provide us contact information and may also require demographic information. We may use your contact information from the registration form to send you information about our company and promotional material from some of our affiliated partners. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user’s session. Duffy Club uses cookies which expire and are deleted after the user completely logs out of their Account on Duffy Club, where an Account is their School Account (including the Champion Account and Team Account), Mentor Account, and any other Account which enables access to the Duffy Club.

Email
It is the policy of Duffy Club to send our members email they elect to receive in addition to customary business communications. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the member's request. In addition, Duffy Club will send a monthly newsletter to members. Newsletters will contain clear and obvious instructions for how the member can remove himself or herself from that mailing list. If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our members, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments. Duffy Club provides facilities throughout the site to refer a friend to Duffy Club. You may not use the "Tell a Friend" service or other email forwarding services that we offer to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our privacy policy or Terms and Conditions. We do not permanently store, sell, or rent these email messages or the email addresses.

Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Correction / Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes we will endeavour to provide a way to correct or update that user's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done at the member information page. If you wish to have your registration removed from our directory for any reason simply send us an email requesting to be removed.
